Yes, You Are a Writer

If you're even reading this, then you are a writer. Even if you think you aren't, the spark is there.
Writing is just like everything else. It takes patience and practice. You don't always get it right the first time.
Riding a bike. Learning how to swim. Learning how to actually hold a pen a write. You learn by doing. Again, and again, and again.
And, it helps to have support, a community.

Join our virtual creative writing meetups and workshops.

Join our Group virtual creative writing meetups and workshops

The writer's group meet ups are a great way to step your toe in the water. They're virtual, there's zero pressure, and they're free.

Each meetup, we do introductions if there are new people. Then, we do a 10-minute writing prompt to get the juices flowing. You do not have to share what you wrote, but you can.

Then, we share what projects we're working on and ask for help or workshopping if we want it.

Bring your project, share with the group, we read it, we give the feedback for what you're looking for.

These groups are your safe space to find support and accountability. We want you there!

Attend a Workshop

Workshops are a fun way to dive into a guided writing environment.

All are virutal. They're usually monthly.

the "Write Like..." series is meant to expand your imagination beyond just writers. We consider what it's like to be a painter, a tree, an animal, an architect.

Other workshops have different themes and different intentions.

Various writing series' are offered to take a project from start to finish, like writing a short story or a poem.

All levels of writing experience are welcome!
