How is Thai Massage different from other massage?
You remain clothed. No oils or lotions are used. You lie on a large mat on the floor. Your body is moved and stretched, pulled and pressed on, and sometimes walked on. Thai Massage Meditation Creative Writing
Is Thai Massage for everyone?
No. Confirm with your docotor if you're not sure, but typically these conditions are contraindicated:
bone disease/cancer, less than 4 weeks post-surgery, contractable disease or contagious skin disorder, unable to get yourself up and down off the floor.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that you might do yoga in. Long sleeves if you get cold easily. Socks if you'd like. Please remove: earrings, rings (wedding bands can remain), bracelets, watches, belts. Avoid wearing too much lotion (makes it hard to hold on to you!) and cologne or perfume. No headphones or earbuds.

Cash not accepted. Credit Card information taken at time of scheduling. Payment taken after appointment. Tips not required.
Health Insurance Not Accepted.
Silence your phone once you arrive.
Talking during is not helpful as you tense your muscles when you talk.
Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early.
Avoid a large meal 2 hours ahead of time. If you are famished, eat a piece of fruit, yogurt, or something small. You may use the restroom before and during. You aren't trapped on the mat.
